NOTICE OF 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear MYIoTA Members,

On behalf of the MyIoTA Executive Committee (EXCO) 2024/2026, we are pleased to inform you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as follows:

Date : 11th of Sept 2025

Time : 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Venue : Agate Room Level G (M World Hotel Bandar Utama PJ)

Agenda:

1. Chairman's Address

2. Receipt and Approval of the Hon. Treasurer’s Report

3. Executive Committee Activities and Initiatives Report

4. Matters Arising

5. Closing Address by the Chairman

6. Adjournment

Resolutions:

Members who wish to propose any resolutions for consideration at the AGM are kindly requested to submit them in writing to the Secretary by August 28, 2025. This will ensure sufficient time for proper preparation and inclusion in the AGM agenda.

Notice to Raise Other Matters:

If you have any additional matters you would like to raise during the AGM, please inform the Secretary in writing. This will help us organize the agenda effectively and ensure that your concerns are properly addressed. All proposed resolutions and other matters can be submitted via email to:
